Thai Food

http://live.pirillo.com/ - Ponzi shows us how to make a Thai appetizer - something I don't know how in the world to pronounce or spell; but, it's essentially a Thai Taco.

  • Betel Leaf
  • Roasted Coconut
  • Pieces of Lime
  • Two Chilies
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Dried Shrimp
  • Some Shallot
  • Peanut
  • Special Thai Sauce

Essentially, this is a taco: you use the betel leaf as a vessel for holding your ingredients together. Very yummy!

What's your favorite appetizer?
