http://www.gotoassist.com/chris - Helping people is easy, but not so much when you aren't in the same room as the other person. However, if you're using software such as GoToAssist Express, the headaches will disappear! This allows you, as a tech support specialist, to connect to another person's computer in a matter of moments, allowing you to quickly diagnose and repair their problems. It doesn't matter if they are on a Mac or Windows machine - GoToAssist Express will work! http://twitter.com/chrispirillo - http://chris.pirillo.com

Live Video iPhone

http://pocket.pirillo.com/ - I recently started broadcasting my live stream in SD widescreen (720x404). Once I made the switch via the Ustream Producer software, the live feed was no longer available in the current build of Ustream's mobile applications. Moreover, I've been able to start pushing out a live video feed which doesn't require Flash! This particular HTML5 version of my feed is truly of much higher quality than its Flash counterpart (and you can do a side-by-side comparison of the two in Safari on the Mac at the moment). No matter, thanks to Jared Pasanar for explaining it all to the community!

How to Clean a Poop Stain

http://go.tagjag.com/spotbot - If you have pets, you'll want this gadget somewhere in your home. As every pet owner knows, accidents are commonplace (and sometimes, it is believed that the "accidents" are actually "purposefuls" if our pets are angry). If you're still trying to rid those stains and smells with paper towels and spray cleaners, you're living in the poop ages.

Well the guy from http://www.youtube.com/kevoc2008 recorded this particular "interview" at Macworld last week and I thought it would be good to post if only to ask the question: do you NAS or not?

I promise no one will make fun of you for your fears, whatever they are. For me... I'd have to say fear of having my laptop stolen has to be my worst nightmare. I decided to take videos from the cache and compile them into this demonstration. What you'll see on YOUR computer will likely be even more amazing.

http://www.gnomedex.com - http://twitter.com/chrispirillo - Dustin Woodard joined us for the Gnomedex conference this past August. During our Show and Tell period, he informed us that he was previously an employee of AllRecipes.com. Even though he's no longer with that company, there is still one very cool feature on the site that he tends to use quite often. Let's say you only have a few ingredients on hand, but can't think of anything to cook. How to Remove Internet Explorer 8

http://go.tagjag.com/screencast - http://twitter.com/chrispirillo - Marques has been an excellent screencast contributor in the past months, and today's contribution is no exception. Many people prefer to never use Internet Explorer, instead choosing one of the many other browser offerings. Marques is using this screencast to show you how can you remove IE 8 from your computer entirely. Be forewarned, however, that doing so could possibly cause some Windows programs and files to not work properly. Another solution is to simply remove the IE icon from your Start Menu and desktop, and just don't open it. Also, of course, you may need IE at some point for your Windows Updates (many ppl still use that method to get the updates). http://chris.pirillo.com - http://YouTube.com/MarquesBrownlee
