We've been doing it for years at http://live.pirillo.com/ - but up until now, it's been in a standard 4:3 aspect ratio. Thanks to the free Ustream Producer, we can now send out a widescreen video feed at a higher resolution. It's not quite HD, but it's more than adequate.
